Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

Bookings are to be secured with a $200 deposit, the balance to be paid upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation before 30 days prior to the date of arrival then the full deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the date of arrival then deposits will be refunded only if the cottage is let to another guest for the booked period.

We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance as protection against unforeseen changes to travel plans. An administration charge of AU$20.00 applies to all cancellations.

Damage, Breakages and Losses Policy

All damage, breakages or losses to the cottages or its furniture and furnishings are to be reported to us. Should you discover a defect or breakage when you arrive, please advise us or we will consider those to be your responsibility and charge you accordingly.

We reserve the right to debit your credit card, or send you an invoice for any extra charges such as excessive cleaning, lost keys, damage or stolen property.
